Limitation of Liability
ShouHeng Weighing's liability is limited to the purchase price of the products or services provided. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
Clients are responsible for properly implementing and maintaining weighing systems according to provided specifications and safety guidelines.

Termination
Either party may terminate service agreements with appropriate notice as specified in individual contracts.
We reserve the right to immediately terminate services for breach of terms, illegal use, or non-payment.
Upon termination, clients retain ownership of their data, and we will provide reasonable assistance in data migration.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Beijing, China.
For international clients, specific jurisdiction and governing law may be specified in individual agreements.
