Our Solution
After several rounds of consultation, we delivered a custom-designed “Automated Industrial Weighing and Intelligent Warehouse Management System” for this client. The solution consists of multiple high-precision electronic bench scales combined with multi-batch RFID label management. Every material and product batch is tagged with a unique electronic RFID label. Weighing and identification happen automatically: place the batch on the scale and the system recognizes it, records the weight, and uploads data in real time.
Weighing information is seamlessly synchronized with the warehouse management system, instantly updating inventory data and connecting with order processing and financial modules for end-to-end data integration. The system automatically generates outbound slips, shipping documents, and detailed weight reports, making it easy for customers to review and trace quality history. The interface is available in both German and English and supports integration with popular ERP systems.
